Railroad tank car unloading assemblies offer a durable, safe, and highly customizeable solution for loading and unloading bulk crude oil. The standard assembly pairs an API or Mann Tek dry disconnect adapter with a 110 degree tank car swivel connection. A handle allows for quick installation and transfer. These bolt on units have everything needed from the tank car to the loading hose in one convenient package.
Tank car unloading assemblies custom options include a cam lock connection on the tank side, sight eyes, handle, additional 1/2″ port for check valve, and more. Valves will not open unless properly engaged by their mating coupler. the handle is removable.
110 or 120 Degree elbow connections are also available individually with male NPT, male cam, or flanged outlet X 5″ tank car female swivel.
