hammer unions Figure 100, Figure 200, Figure 206Hammer unions are a fast and versatile connection for hose and threaded pipe. Offered in a wide range of sizes and pressure ratings, hammer unions can be used in a variety of applications and configurations. The three piece construction is similar to a pipe union, however it is designed for higher pressure service and can be quickly loosened and tightened by hammering the external lugs.  Butt-weld style available in some sizes for permanent installation to pipe or equipment.  O-ring style hammer unions offer excellent leak resistant sealing characteristics.

  • Pressure ratings from 1000 to 10,000 (some sizes)
  • Painted forged steel construction
  • Butt weld is schedule 40 in 1000 and 2000 series, schedule 80 and xxs in higher pressure series

Frac hose couplings with union nuts are available 3 inch to 8 inch in figure 100 and figure 206 design. Hammer union half is directly installed on the hose rather than threaded or welded.

Flange adapters available in 4 inch male or female figure 206, straight and 45 degree.
