Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL) Systems are modular in-line assemblies that deliver clean, regulated, and oil misted air downstream to pneumatic tools and stations.  Installing an FRL is an easy way to maintain all equipment downstream from the air compressor or air receiver tank.  Available in many styles and capacities, these systems can be modified including removal of the lubricator for systems where clean non oiled air is required. Miniature FRL’s are available for install at the work station or tool instead of at the air source.

Air regulators ensure that the tool is not overloaded and a safe stable pneumatic system is maintained. High-flow and High pressure regulators can be provided. Regulators can be supplied with a gauge, and include an additional tapped port for connecting other components or reversing the location of the gauge. Combo Filter and regulators are available for a single component compact design. T-handle and dial regulators are an option for applications where pressure needs to be set and adjusted regularly.

Airline filters can be provided in automatic or manual configuration. Manual draining filters require occasional servicing, while automatic self draining filters offer a convenient low maintenance option for outdoor service. Filter bowls are available in metal with sight tube (as shown) or transparent with bowl guard cage.  Oil vapor removal filters are available for critical applications. Coalescing filters and dessicant dryers can be added where all moisture must be removed (applications such as paint spray and laboratory use).

Lubricators (Oilers) can be offered with fill-under-pressure feature to prevent downtime during refill.

Protective frame units can be provided for large capacity FRL units, an easy plug and use product for job sites and rugged environments.

Replacement parts are available including:

  • Filter elements & replacement drains
  • Desiccant air dryer refills (Silica gel)
  • Regulator rebuild kits and springs
  • Modular blocks and mounting brackets
  • Tamper resistant covers and lockouts
  • Standard and winter grade tool lubricant
